Today, operating within our 12,000-square-meter manufacturing park and supported by a 150-strong skilled workforce, YOU Seamless functions as an autonomous, high-tech engineering hub. Quality starts with the right tools. Our facility is engineered for high-volume, high-precision output, utilizing an exclusive fleet of imported Italian Santoni machines, integrating both the versatile SM8-TOP2V and the ultra-high-productivity TOP2 FAST systems.

Unlike standard factories limited to mid-range sizes, our facility is equipped with a complete spectrum of barrel diameters from 11 to 22 inches. This enables us to produce true inclusive sizing—from children’s wear to plus-size activewear—without relying on fabric over-stretching.

Our production philosophy is rooted in micro-level engineering. Operating strictly on the premium 28-Gauge standard, every garment’s architecture is governed by exact needle math. A 13-inch cylinder engages precisely 1,152 needles, scaling at an uncompromising ratio of 96 needles per inch. This mathematical calibration ensures that whether we are knitting intricate mesh ventilation or high-density targeted compression, the fabric retains its structural memory and a flawless second-skin fit across your entire size run—without ever relying on artificial stretching.
